Therapeutic services provided to individuals and groups in office and/or community to improve Activities of Daily Living (ADL) functioning, self-regulation, social and career skills. Services are available to all ages’ groups and levels of ability. This service combines daily medication use, independent living and social skills training; support for clients and their families; housing, pre-vocational and transitional employment rehabilitation training; social support and network enhancement. Activities include development and maintenance of necessary daily living skills; food planning and preparation; money management; maintenance of the living environment; and training in appropriate use of community services. These services are provided a clinician with a Bachelor’s level (or higher) certifications.
